Michael B. Edwards
Beginning his career with Marquette Savings Bank in 1988, Mr. Edwards rose to the position of controller and was given officer status in 1992. On April 1, 2002, he was appointed the Bank's Chief Executive Officer. A lifelong Erie resident, Mr. Edwards earned his B.S. in Accounting from Gannon University and now serves on several community boards.

Paul C. Cole
Since joining the Marquette management team in 1971, Mr. Cole has held various management positions and has gained a comprehensive knowledge of all areas of the Bank. He was appointed to his present position in 2002. Mr. Cole received his Bachelors degree from Penn State in 1970 and is a graduate of the Executive Development Program of America's Community Bankers Association.

Louis J. Natalie
Mr. Natalie began his banking career with Marquette Savings Bank in 1978 as a management candidate. Since then he has held a number of supervisory positions including manager of the Liberty Street office. He was promoted to his current position in 2003. A lifelong resident of Erie with a bachelors degree in business from Gannon University, Mr. Natalie is also a graduate of the National School of Banking at Fairfield University.
